About the Role:
We are actively seeking a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This part-time, fully remote position offers a competitive results-based salary with the potential to evolve into a full-time role and, based on performance, advance to a Director of Sales position.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the catalyst in converting leads into success stories. This role involves conducting live sales calls via phone and Zoom, managing your pipeline, and leveraging downtime to generate leads using our marketing assets. Success in this role demands exceeding monthly objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). We are seeking an A-player with a relentless work ethic—someone who thrives on achieving goals beyond just a paycheck.

- Conduct live sales calls with leads via phone and Zoom
- Proactively manage your pipeline daily
- Utilize downtime to generate leads through marketing efforts
- Close deals with a relentless pursuit of competitive greatness
- Complete daily KPI reports to track and showcase achievements
- Attend regular company, department, and manager meetings/trainings
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity

- Minimum of 6 months of remote sales experience with High Ticket offers
- A relentless work ethic.
- A passion to serve and help others.
- Experience with B2C sales.
- Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings.
- Own computer setup and reliable WiFi connection
- Proficient in Zoom and other telephony systems
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot, GHL, Active Campaign, or SalesForce
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Coachable with a willingness to continuously improve
- High-energy and outgoing personality
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding objectives
- Quick and thorough learner
